Boswellic acid:
Boswellic acid provides beneficial effects by alleviating various dysfunctions within the locomotor system. In traditional Indian medicine, it is used not only for regenerating bones, joints, and the spine but also for respiratory issues (expectorant and antiseptic effects) and as an anti-rheumatic remedy. It has immune-modulating properties, influencing the immune system and stimulating cytokine production. Boswellia serrata supports repair processes in muscles and physiologic post-training regeneration. It reduces inflammatory mediator activity, which can lead to joint surface degradation (cartilage tissue breakdown) and lowers oxidative stress.
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane):
MSM is a potent antioxidant. It improves the transport of many nutrients to and from cells, helps remove harmful metabolic by-products, and maintains a permeable and flexible cell membrane.
